Application Requirements
To join the EverCare team, applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for some positions)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
- CNA certification required only for CNA positions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
